How long will my order take to ship?
All orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours from our roastery in Beaconsfield, New South Wales.
For Sydney Metro
Orders should arrive within 1-2 days of shipping
For Interstate Metro
Orders should arrive within 2-4 days of shipping
For All Regional Destinations
Orders should arrive within 3-5 days of shipping
To ensure your coffee is freshly roasted please allow up to 24 hours for your order to make it out of our roastery. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only, as our roastery is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is despatched, we’ll send you a tracking link by email from our courier supplier. We recommend checking the link for updates on where your order is.
We currently do not ship internationally. If you do wish to order internationally, email us at email@example.com and we’ll see what we can do!
Do I get a tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number via email from our courier partner once your order has been dispatched from us. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I change my order or shipping information?
Please contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com, if you require any changes to your order or shipping address. Where possible we will accommodate any changes. However, this is dependant on the despatch stage of your order. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed and collected by courier supplier we are unable to fulfil any further changes to your order.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily refund or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. To lodge a claim, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
