How long will my order take to ship?
All orders placed are packed and shipped as soon as possible from our roastery in Beaconsfield, New South Wales. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link by email from our courier partner. We recommend checking the link for updates on where your order is. We use Sendle as our preferred courier partner. Please note once the parcels are in the hands of couriers we will be unable to make any changes including delivery address.
For Free Local Deliveries
Please select this delivery option only if your delivery address is within approximately 10km from postcode 2015
For All Australian Deliveries
Orders should arrive within 3-5 days of shipping depending on courier services.
For All International Deliveries
Orders should arrive within 5-10 days of shipping depending on local and international courier services as well as custom clearing.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only, as our roastery is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Do I get a tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number via email from our courier partner Sendle once your order has been dispatched from us. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I change my order or shipping information?
Please contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com, if you require any changes to your order or shipping address. Where possible we will accommodate any changes. However, this is dependant on the despatch stage of your order. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed and collected by courier supplier we are unable to fulfil any further changes to your order.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily refund or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. To lodge a claim, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
